The operating bench

Revenue and pipeline operations.

A pipeline is not a list. It is a motion that has to run every week. We build the outbound engine, install the governance, and operate it until it books qualified meetings on a predictable rhythm.

The Problem

Pipeline dies in the gap between strategy and execution.

Most teams have a plan and a CRM. What they do not have is someone running the daily motion: targeting, outreach, qualification, and the discipline to keep the pipe clean. So leads go cold, forecasts drift, and the quarter comes down to hope.

We close that gap. We build the engine and we run it, with dated evidence and named owners, so pipeline becomes a system instead of a scramble.

What we execute

The pipeline engine, built and operated.

Outbound build

A targeted outbound motion built on a clear ICP, with messaging and sequences that earn replies instead of getting filtered.

Pipeline governance

Stage definitions, hygiene rules, and a single source of truth, so the pipeline reflects reality and the forecast holds up.

Qualification discipline

A consistent qualification bar so reps spend time on real opportunities, not noise, and meetings that book are meetings worth taking.

Weekly operating cadence

A standing review that keeps the motion moving, surfaces what is stuck, and reports progress in numbers, not adjectives.

Services in this track

Everything in the revenue and pipeline track.

The specific engagements that make up this track. Each runs on the same operating model, scoped to the outcome you need.

The motion

From cold list to booked pipeline.

How a typical engagement runs

01

Define the ICP

We pin down who you should actually be selling to and what makes them a fit, so effort goes where it converts.

02

Build outbound

Sequences, messaging, and the outbound system that gets your offer in front of the right people.

03

Qualify

A consistent bar that separates real opportunities from noise before they ever hit a calendar.

04

Hand to pipeline

Qualified meetings handed off clean, with the governance and cadence to keep the pipe honest.

Our operating model

We advise. Then we execute and carry it to completion.

A consistent operating model on every engagement: scoped to outcomes, built with dated evidence and named owners, and handed off as something you can run.

Step 01

Discover & scope

We start with the real situation: your goals, constraints, and what's actually in place. We scope the engagement to outcomes, not hours.

Step 02

Build & execute

We do the work: build the system, run the process, produce the artifacts. Dated evidence and named owners at every step.

Step 03

Operate & prove

We operate what we build and measure it against the outcome you hired us for. Progress reported in evidence, not adjectives.

Step 04

Hand off & sustain

We leave you with a motion you can run: documentation, cadence, and clarity, so the results hold after the engagement ends.

What you walk away with

A pipeline motion that runs without heroics.

A working outbound engine

A repeatable motion that books qualified meetings, not a one-time campaign that fades.

Clean stages and hygiene rules, so the forecast reflects reality.

A cadence you keep

The weekly rhythm and ownership model that holds after we hand it back.

FAQ

Pipeline operations questions

What is the difference between having a pipeline and running one?

A pipeline in a CRM is a list. A running pipeline is an outbound motion that generates new qualified meetings every week: targeted outreach going out, responses coming in, qualification happening on a cadence, and the list being refreshed before it goes stale. Most teams have the first and not the second.

Do you build the outbound system or run it for us?

Both. We build the targeting, the messaging sequences, and the qualification logic, and then we operate it until it is producing meetings on a predictable rhythm. The engagement ends when the system is working, not when the build is done.

How do you keep forecasts clean?

We install pipeline governance: a defined stage definition for every CRM stage, a weekly review discipline that ages out stale deals, and a qualification standard that prevents deals from sitting in early stages indefinitely. A clean forecast is a byproduct of a pipeline that is managed every week.

We already have a CRM. Do we need to switch?

No. We work within your existing CRM and install the operating discipline on top of what you already have. If the tool is limiting the motion, we will say so and recommend a change, but CRM migration is never a prerequisite.

How is this different from hiring a sales development rep?

A sales development rep executes the outreach. We build the system the rep would need, install the governance around it, and operate it until it runs reliably. If you later hire internally, you have a working model to hand off rather than starting from scratch with a new employee.
