What does hands-on cloud technical operations actually cover?

It covers architecture design, infrastructure build, security hardening, and ongoing operational oversight of your cloud environment. We sit in the technical decisions rather than reviewing them from a distance: designing the architecture, approving the build, running security reviews, and standing behind the resulting posture.

How is this different from a managed service provider?

A managed service provider runs a defined set of operational tasks from a playbook. We make the hard architectural and security calls, engage directly with your engineering team, and take accountability for the quality of the technical decisions. The work is more senior and less commoditized than standard managed services.

What qualifications does the person doing the technical work have?

Brittany Robinson leads all technical delivery. She is a cleared ex-NSA Navy veteran, a multi-certified AWS Solutions Architect, and the technical and security authority for The Love Group. The work is not delegated to a junior engineer after an initial scoping call.

Can you work alongside our existing engineering team?

Yes. We typically operate as the senior technical layer above an existing team: setting architecture standards, reviewing builds, running security assessments, and resolving the decisions that exceed the team's experience level. The engagement is designed to complement your team rather than replace it.

Is security included or a separate engagement?
